Service Requests
Condo Corporation Service Requests
Service Requests submitted via the Service Request Form allow investigation, follow up, and finalization of resident issues. For all non-urgent service requests, you may access a copy of the Service Request Form on the Wedgewoods website (under the Residents tab), fill out the form and email it to onsitemanager@wedgewoods. It is important that you include your Name, Unit # and Chateaux # (or Villa #), Phone Number and a description of the problem or service required.
All emailed forms will be reviewed within 72 hours of submission. Please remember that service requests are non urgent issues.
After-hours emergencies (flood, broken water or heating lines, broken glass in exterior windows) please contact Property Management at 587-439-5900.
