Owners and Residents – Sign up for the website!
When registering for the website, it is important to supply all of the required information as requested on the registration form, and ensure that all information is current.

- Fill out the registration form (including Chateau # and Unit #)
- You will get an email with a link you need to follow to validate your email address. (Your information will not go to the next step if you do not validate your email address. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If you don’t see anything there, please try to register again, ensuring you type your email address correctly.)
- A Board member will verify your account and information and ensure it matches the details on the Owners’/Residents’ list.
- You will be given access to the site within a week of registering.
Change in FINANCIAL Management
Property Management (Finance Management) Change effective November 1, 2014
The Wedgewood’s Board of Directors is pleased to introduce Benchmark Management Ltd. as the new Financial Manager for the Wedgewood’s Condominium Corp, effective November 1, 2014. Benchmark management Ltd. will provide financial management services in the collection of monthly contributions, assist with budgets, maintain financial records, pay the corporations expenses, and provided documents for the sale or re-financing of a unit.
The Property Management section of the Wedgewood’s website has been updated with the contact information for Benchmark Management Ltd. including document hyper links to
the Benchmark Management Ltd. website.
